Admission Procedures

A reference from a Councilor or an honorary member is required for applicants who reside in Japan, regardless of nationality. In cases of foreign applicants from abroad, please send English application form to the executive office along with a CV, selected publication list and a brief summary of the research activity. No reference from a Councilor or an honorary member is required.

Annual Fees
8,000 yen (appox. US$95; depending upon an exchange rate)
Procedures

You become a member officially when the association has received both your application and payment of the annual membership fee.

You will be notified of your membership number immediately after the admission procedure has been completed. Please make sure to always provide your membership number on any communication with the association.
Please complete the procedures quickly as the association must enter your membership number if you are submitting a presentation for the Annual Meeting.
If it does so happen that you have not been assigned a number by the time you submit your presentation, please enter "99999" in the space designated for your membership number.
