If you are a foreign applicant from abroad, please submit English application form to the executive office along with your CV, selected publication list and a brief summary of your research activities.
If you are a foreign applicant reside in Japan, a reference from a councilor or an honorary member is required. Please submit Japanese application form and send it to the executive office. (Please refer to the page "üïÄà" on Japanese website http://www.jca.gr.jp/jca/procedure.html)

* Invoice will be sent at the time of approval notification. If you reside overseas, membership fee must be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, UFJ, NICOS, Diners). If you want to send the payment by other method, please contact to the executive office.
You become a member officially when your application has been approved and payment of the annual membership fee has been completed.
You will be notified of your membership number immediately after the admission procedure has been completed. Please make sure to always provide your membership number on any communication with the association.
Please complete the procedures quickly as the association must enter your membership number if you are submitting a presentation for the Annual Meeting.
If it does so happen that you have not been assigned a number by the time you submit your presentation, please enter "99999" in the space designated for your membership number.
¦Please note that the registration fee for Annual Meeting is set separately from the membership fee.
